As we headed into 2016, work continued to complete the jig. Stringers were added for the chines and gunwhales and the whole jig was screwed to the floor and trued up. Smacks and Classics race

The October 1st Smack and Classic Race was enjoyed by all. Numbers entering the Classic section were disappointing but TSC’s Rhumba, sailed by Clive Church and Ken Wash took line honours and the overall prize. Second was Droleen 2 sailed by Simon Lewington.
