Smacks and Classics race
The October 1st Smack and Classic Race was enjoyed by all. Numbers entering the Classic section were disappointing but TSC’s Rhumba, sailed by Clive Church and Ken Wash took line honours and the overall prize. Second was Droleen 2 sailed by Simon Lewington. The Smacks were led home by Robin Page, sailing Alberta, followed by Paul Winter Sailing Maria….
GP Open 2016
A relatively small field of 5 local boats and 4 visitors competed for the TSC GP Open. Despite the poor forecast sailing conditions turned out to be pretty much perfect with a steady easterly.
