The October 1st Smack and Classic Race was enjoyed by all. Numbers entering the Classic section were disappointing but TSC’s Rhumba, sailed by Clive Church and Ken Wash took line honours and the overall prize. Second was Droleen 2 sailed by Simon Lewington. The Smacks were led home by Robin Page, sailing Alberta, followed by Paul Winter Sailing Maria….

Tollesbury Sailing Club has been successful in obtaining a grant towards the cost of a new boat store, changing rooms and showers and a ‘wet’ classroom facility for their cadets.
