Following the awesome effort during October, Tollesbury Parish Council and Tollesbury Sailing Club arranged a follow up “Washdown” to prepare Tollesbury Hard for the forthcoming season.

The progressive removal of mud from the Hard is enabling a large section of the Hard to be recovered, which means cleaner launching and recovery and also enables launching further down the Hard, for an earlier getaway and longer sailing and boating sessions.

Many thanks to our members who turned out to help the Parish Council clean the mud off the hard.
