Bank holiday cruising in company

The weather changed quickly after the cancellation of the Old Gaffer’s racing on Sunday and Monday saw a nice sunny day with around 10 knots of breeze. An eclectic collection of dinghies gathered in the morning and headed out onto the river. Four GP14’s, a phantom, two Toppers, a B14, a K6 and a couple of Lasers set out and once in the river the group split into two – the first group headed across to the Green Man at Bradwell while the others pottered around the river trying out spinnakers and gennakers as appropriate!
